Tuna (or Chicken) Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of frozen medley vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans, corn)
1 can tuna in water, drained OR cooked diced chicken
1/2 cup milk (2%)
2 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
If desired:
chopped onion (to taste)
Sharp cheddar cheese (to taste)

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix the soup, milk, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, vegetables, tuna (or chicken), onion (if desired) and noodles. Add sharp cheddar cheese on top (if desired).

Stir 1 tablespoon melted butter into the dry bread crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the mixture then sprinkle on the bread crumbs.

Bake for 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
