How long will it be until I receive my package?
Our standard shipping window is 7-10 business days. This is a conservative estimate and in many cases, your package will arrive before this, but please keep in mind that if you live on the West Coast, transit times will be longer.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
We are able to ship jewelry, apparel, and smaller accessories to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico but unfortunately we are unable to ship home and holiday items outside of the contiguous US due to the cost prohibitive shipping fees.
Can I track my package?
Yes! When your item ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package all the way through to delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
During peak seasons, you may choose either FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight at checkout. Please note that all orders placed before 1PM EST with Expedited Shipping options selected (Overnight or 2 Day) will be shipped the same business day. Any Expedited Shipping orders placed after 1PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
Help! My Package is Lost!
Despite our best efforts, sometimes circumstances out of our control lead to lost packages. We know it is frustrating! Before contacting us, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), as they may be able to initiate a search for your package and locate it. But, if all else fails, please contact us at customercare@lisarobertson.com!
Can I return my product for a full refund?
LisaRobertson.com will issue a refund for any products returned within the return window specified on each product page less the return shipping cost. Refunds will include the sales tax collected at time of purchase. The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and you can print a return label and see the estimated costs at returns.lisarobertson.com.

**If you do not follow the return method via returns.lisarobertson.com, we are not responsible for the item in transit or guarantee it’s arrival at our warehouse. We can not refund the appropriate amount until the item is physically opened at our warehouse. This can take up to 60 days. If an item is returned outside of our system or the items are not in their original packaging, you will be charged a $5 per item restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
If in the return process, you indicate that you are returning the item due to sizing issues or dislike of color, you will have the option to create an instant exchange. Outside of these reasons, we only offer exchanges/replacements if the original piece is defective. If you wish to exchange your piece for an entirely new item, you must place a new order through our website and then complete the return process to send back your original purchase.
