Can I return the product for a full refund?

LisaRobertson.com will issue a refund for any products returned within the return window specified on each product page. Refunds will include the sales tax collected at time of purchase. The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

**If you do not follow this return method, or the items are not in their original packaging, you will be charged a $5 per item restocking fee.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only offer exchanges/replacements if the original piece is defective. If you wish to exchange your piece for an entirely new item, you must place a new order through our website and then complete the return process to send back your original purchase.

How will I receive my refund?

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will typically be issued within 72 hours of return shipment receipt.

Will you refund shipping costs?

At this time we do not offer a refund on original or return shipping costs.
