How to Return an Item

 

**THE BELOW PROCESS IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ITEMS SHIPPED TO YOU ON OR AFTER  4/17/17. IF YOU HAVE AN ITEM THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU BEFORE THIS DATE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR PACKAGE**

Step 1

 

Visit https://returns.lisarobertson.com/

Step 2

Enter the email you provided when you placed your order and click “Start a Return.”

Step 3

You will see this message. Check your email for further instructions.

Step 4

This email will be sent to you immediately following your return request. The subject of the email will be “Your Lisa Robertson Return.” If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.

Once you have opened the email, please click “Start a Return.”

 

Step 5

You will now be taken to a page where you can view all of your orders and their return eligibility. If the item you wish to return is outside the return window, you will not be able to proceed with the return.

Step 6

Next, click on the item you wish to return and select the reason why you are returning it. Then click the green “Return Items” button at the top right.

Step 7

You will now see a page with your estimated refund. In this estimate, you will see the Return Label Fee. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your return. If you live in PA and paid sales tax on your order, this will be refunded to you when we receive and process your return. If you’d like to leave a comment regarding your return, please do so in the box on this page.

We hope you can understand that if we receive a return in poor condition or without its original packaging, your return may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once you are ready to proceed, please click “Confirm Return and Refund.”

Step 8

You will now see the tracking number for your return shipment, and you will be able to click “Download Shipping Label.” Once you download the label, you will be able to view it on your computer.

Step 9

This is the return label, which you will be able to print and then affix to your package. Then all you need to do, is send the package back to us and we’ll handle the rest! Upon receiving your return, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
