Charred Cherry Tomatoes With Cold Yogurt

I would highly recommend making the “bowl” or “base” with the yogurt before the tomatoes come out of the broiler. It is important that the tomatoes are hot and the yogurt is cold and the tomatoes cool quickly. By the way, this was so good I ate the whole thing for dinner!!!!!❤️

Chocolate Pecan Galette

This is a very European style dessert and surprisingly not overwhelmingly sweet. I think next time I make it I will make more of the liquid to pour over the pecans and make a little less of the pecan mixture. This is personal preference, it was good!
