This was sent to us by our friend and loyal customer Karen :) So many of my favorite ingredients in this salad...the combination of it all was delicious!
I tried this as a stew but I think it was more of a topping so I put it on mashed potatoes and it was good. By the way, I just used Bob Evan’s Mashed Potatoes and they were delicious!
