Italian Handmade Double Hoop Earrings

These earrings are a work of art and a design only the Italians could do. To make a hoop earring is much more difficult than you would think. You must take a tube and heat it, curve it slightly, then anneal it, curve it more, anneal, curve, you get the idea. Too much curve will bend the earring so it must be done in small steps again and again. This earring takes 2 different hoop earrings, (one more difficult because of the twist design) an curves them around each other. This must all be done by hand and can not be done by a beginner. These are the techniques the Italians have been perfecting for centuries and no one makes earrings more beautiful, more intricate, more beautifully finished and light and comfortable than the Italians. This earring is so rich and so beautiful you will find yourself reaching for it again and again. It is one I have in my personal collection because I found myself doing the exact same thing.
