I’m Hosting a Trip to Disney World!

One of the things I love about having my own business is having more control and flexibility with my time, and that means I get to make more plans to share time with you!!!

After our Caribbean cruise, our most requested trip has been a trip to Disney World. It took some figuring out, but I’m so excited to announce that we did it! We’ve put together a trip for next April and I hope you can come!

We’ll spend time in the parks, enjoy the fireworks, and see the famous Magic Kingdom parade together!!!

I know you want to hear all of the details so here they are!

Tentative Schedule (This is a very early plan. The final schedule will be released to all participants no later than December 1, 2019 to allow for individual planning purposes)

April 3, 2020

Arrival at Disney and check into your hotel according to your arrival schedule. Each guest will receive a welcome pack at check in from Lisa and Cruise Planners.

5:00pm: Meet at a lounge at the resort (TBD) to meet Lisa and fellow travelers!

6:30pm: Meet in the lobby and head to Disney’s Boardwalk for dinner on your own and take in all the activities! Return to the hotel on your own using the free transportation with Disney

 

April 4, 2020

Enjoy one or more of the parks today!

We may go to StarWars at the Disney Hollywood Studios in the morning!

5pm: Meet at Epcot for a group photo!

5:30pm: Dinner on our own at one of the many international food locations at Epcot. Maybe try fish and chips and a pint in England or some amazing pasta in Italy!

9pm: Fireworks display and illumination spectacular! We will meet at 8pm at a designated location at Epcot

 

April 5, 2020

Enjoy one or more of the parks today! Experience Disney the way you would like to! Your park hopper pass will let you go from park to park all day long.

3:00pm: Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at the Magic Kingdom! Meeting location will be identified to watch as a group. Gathering time at 2pm.

9:00pm: Fireworks and Nighttime Spectacular at the Magic Kingdom. Gathering time at 8pm at a location that is to be announced

 

April 6, 2020

Depart today with memories of being a child once again or leaving with a new sense of adventure! You’ll be leaving with friendships made during this magical weekend. Maybe take in a park before you head home. Or you can extend your stay!

 

The Dates

The trip will be April 3, 2020- April 6, 2020

Accommodations

We will be staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. It looks beautiful and it’s in a great location!

Room rate per night (single or double occupancy) is $237/night plus tax (12.5%) = $266.63/room

Additional person (18 years +) is $25 pp/night plus tax

Flights

Rick and Allison from Cruise Planners will be happy to help you with this! There is no fee for this service. The arrival airport is MCO and you can arrive/depart any time that best meets your needs.

Transfers

Transfers to the hotel from the airport are included with Disney Magical Express

Meals

No meals are included however meal plans are available for purchase through Cruise Planners.

Park Passes

Park passes can be purchased through Cruise Planners or if you have your own passes, please use them including those with annual passes

Sample prices for Park Hopper Passes:

  • 2 day Park Hopper Pass: $340.77/adult
  • 3 day Park Hopper Pass: $460.73/adult
  • 4 day Park Hopper Pass: $569.84/adult

Park passes are a separate purchase and can be purchased until March 1, 2020. Full payment for passes is due at time of purchase

What will the Group Size Be?

To create the best experience for everyone, this trip will be limited to 100 people.

Deposit

1 night of hotel + tax is required to reserve a room. 1 credit card per room for deposit.

It’s going to be a magical, fun-filled trip, and I can’t wait!!! Somehow when you go to Disney World, you just feel like a kid again, and it’s the best feeling ever!!!
